Stefanie Babka is an experienced marketeer, passionate about the intersection of people and technology. With over two decades of experience in digital marketing, public relations, and digital transformation across various industries, she has successfully led teams of varying sizes. Stefanie has launched over 50 digital products, supported significant events, and executed campaigns for over 60 prominent brands. At Merck, she led various significant projects such as consolidating 160 intranets and the change and comms stream of the Group Data Strategy. Currently, Stefanie is the Global Head of Data Culture, responsible for communication, change management, and upskilling programs on data and AI. She strongly advocates for combining artificial intelligence and human intelligence to drive meaningful insights and data-driven decision-making.
